With help from the great members of our Gardener's Forum we have been working to improve the access and usability of all the gardening information and help available at The Garden Helper Since the early years of The Garden Helper, there have been pages dedicated to "Plants for *** Gardens". These pages were little more than long lists of plants with a few links to "Growing Guides"

Your Garden Wish Lists

Using information gathered from the Plant Data Collection Project at The Gardener's Forum we recently started putting together a Plant Care Icon system to provide you with far more plant care information than was available previously. The new Plant Indexes also include USDA Plant Zones, Plant height, characteristics, notes and photographs. Most of the Plant Indexes on the left have already been updated with this new system. We are working to update the others and to add new indexes as well. I sincerely hope that you enjoy these changes to The Garden Helper and find that the Plant Care Icons are a helpful way to browse through lists of plants quickly and easily add to your gardening Wish List
