I have had this peace lilly now, for about a year, I am starting to get concerned, because it has not bloomed yet this year, it doesn't even have any starts, it is just leaves, so, does anyone know how often these bloom, or if there is anything i can do to help it bloom? [flower]

Mine usually bloom once or sometimes twice a year.

Peace lilies bloom sporadically at best and sometimes not at all. Most peace lilies sold today are hybrids that are "designed" to put out a flush of flowers at point-of-sale, but then don't bloom well after that. Great for the plant-seller, not so great for the plant-buyer!

So there is a genetic element in flowering over which you have no control.

You can enhance the possibility of flowers by keeping your peace lily tightly potted, providing a lot of BRIGHT indirect light, and fertilizing it at half strength monthly.
