bleeding heart seeds?

were are the seeds on a bleeding heart?
i didnt know they got seeds till now.
i have the white bleeding hearts and never thought about lookin for seeds, what do i look for?

pods, sorta look like hosta pods where the flower used to be, most likely the dead bloom is covering the pod, pick them when they have a hint of brown, they dispere their seeds really quickly
