need some help please

I have a plant(flowers) out on my porch it has these bugs flying a round it and in the soil. I'm not sure what they are, any help would be great. its small like the size of the tip of the lead on a pencil. I'm not sure what a nat is or what it looks like.please help me to get rid of them!!!!!

Are they doing any damage Dee? If not, just leave them be. They'll do their thing and go away most likely.
