many little black bugs on tomato plant

Hi, Yesterday I was out in the country, visiting with a client and I was moving her plants around and noticed many little, little black bugs on the stems of the tomato plants, they have clear wings.

Her tomato plants have little yellow flowers!

hey jazzie, I just noticed [Embarrassed] that this was in the wrong place that is why you haven't had an answer! I'm moving it to fruits and veggies, they will answer you there...
