I have a garden along the north side of my home. I have roses, hibiscus, camellia, gardenia, fuschia, mallow and impatiens in this garden. I live in southern California, here are my problems. The roses have yellow dots on the leaves. The hibiscus has small dots on the green leaves, but it also has buds. The mallow has yellow leaves, but beautiful and plentiful blooms. I have had aphids in the past and tried to treat them, but it's a battle. We have Argentinian ants that I treat also, the state bug of southern California. I fertilize and prune regularly. The garden gets morning sun. I water this area once a week. My neighbor has hibiscus and does nothing to them and they are beautiful! Please help!
