hi all... was just wondering how everyone one cooks them...i personally just like to fry them..thanks in advance

Grilled! Yum. I just brush them with a little bit of olive oil, fresh garlic, salt and pepper and grill them on the barbeque until they're tender crisp. Then I squeeze a little bit of lemon juice on them and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil. Very good.
Other than that..I add them to anything really..stir frys, soups, salads (yes, I like them raw too).

If you do a FORUM SEARCH in the RECIPES,
or the RECIPE ARCHIVES, you'll find a number of recipes or how they eat them, from some previous members..
Take a peak, there's lot's of good ones,
from on the grill, to chocolate cake, to pie...
