Peanut~Butter Fudge Pie

Makes one pie

1 grahmn cracker crust
1 gallon softened vanilla icecream
Crunchy peanutbutter
chocolate fudge

In a bowl;
Soften the container of vanilla ice cream
(soften, like a room temp, NOT melted!!)
Add 1/2 to a whole jar of crunchy peaunt butter,
(if you like creamy, at that. The crunches justs
addes a little some obvious crunch to it...Also add more peanut butter than 1/2 jar to taste.)
Stir it in, and make it bit more PNB.

spoon into pie crust, put back into freezer....
and allow to harden...
cut up and serve with Hot Fudge Sauce....
Sprinkle with the spanish nuts, or whiped cream..
And of course a Marashino cherry!!

Weezie are you sure it is a whole gallon or half gallon or pint ice cream you use? That's alot of ice cream for one pie shell?????

What kind of fudge sauce do you use? do you just place it in the microwave to heat or in a saucepan with water?
That recipe sounds good!

I'm pretty sure,

It's restaurant size...
when you scoop it back into the pie shell,
it should be really high or tall..
(that's why I said for the ice cream only
to be softened to room temps, not melted,
it won't stay up high for you.)

we used to get fudge packets, but,
would imagine like a smucker's or something
of the like would be equivelent,

and YES< it issssssssssss good!!!
