Does anyone know how to grow ginger?

I've grown it a couple of times. Here's a link with some information about growing your own.

I've never made it to the point of overwintering it as I always end up using it all. Planting rhisomes from the store outside in spring is an excellent way to have fresh ginger available all summer long.
