I have a Ming Aralia which was purchased at a overstock sale. It wasn't in the greatest shape but I thought I could revive it. It looked pretty scraggly with sparse leaves and no new growth.

I've babied it for over a year now and it looks almost the exact same as when I got it. It didn't die but it didn't grow much either. I've water it only when soil dried, misted it, fertilize sparingly and gave it as much light as possible.

Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong. What should I be doing? I've seen some specimens that are just beautiful with full thick leaf growth and much taller than mine.
