hello can anyone help me please?
i have had my palm since Christmas, and have had success with it producing many new shutes, however suddenly all the larger leaves and stems have gone dry and brittle and a yellow colour. what have i done wrong? i feed it occasionally and water it once the soil is drying out 1 inch below the surface as i was told when i bought it.
hope someone can help as it is a lovely plant!

Hi there,

Are you sure it is a Kentia palm? There are some imposter that look similar.

What light exposure does it get?

Did you repot it? If so, how long ago?

How tall was it and what diameter is its pot?

If you could post a photo or e-mail a photo to me at wcreed@HorticulturalHelp.com, that would answer a lot of questions.
