Thinking of growing inside

Well I planted some bulbs outside over the last weekend and now I am thinking about starting to grow some herbs inside. I am wondering is it difficult to grow them inside? What steps are needed?

Hello heidi,
Don't know a whole bunch about growing herbs.
I've been informed that bulbs grow much better on the inside, they usually die when planted outside. hope you get the answers you are seeking
