Back in Nov 06 I set some leaves to root, hoping they would set babies. They did, and I grew them. Here is my first bloom! I am [clappy] so excited. this one is called Deep Sky. I will add them to my photo album as they bloom.

Shirl, Me thinks you have a green thumb!! I love AV, but don`t have the light requirements. I`m hoping for a plant light for Christmas. ;-) Sue

Thanks Ladies!

I can't wait until the others start having their bloom show.

Blossom- I have given all my extra plantlets away, but if you are willing to wait on me, I will save one for you, when the next batch of mouse ears pop up.

Hi Sue, you would be surprised how easily an Av will grow under a lamp. You can go to walmart, or another similar box store and get a light bulb, which goes into a lamp socket, but is a grow light. I think mine was 5 bucks.

Triss, I hope yours bloom very soon for you.

I am hoping they bloom soon too but am happy that they are all happy and healthy looking. Blooms will come eventually.
