Somebody stepped on my best rosebush, and broke off the strongest cane right at the bud union. I am SO crushed. [Eek!]
Will it recover?

it will, but whether it will be the grafted rose or the stock rose, only next spring will tell. but it will surely be pretty!

Sorry to hear that - I just had a loss myself, but that was through vandalism, I'm sure.

I'll betcha' those roses will come back.
