my riding tractor broke down this year, so my grass got really high. lots of weeds, and weed seeds.if i add it to my compost, will the compost cook and kill the seeds? ive always added my grass clippings in my compost, but its never gotten this high before [Embarrassed]

If you turn your compost to keep it hot, I think it will kill the weed seeds, but if you just leave it to rot slowly, I don't think it will. Weezie would know for sure.

May destroy some, but definitely not all. If it were me I wouldn't add it.
