Our grapevine looks like it is having some serious problems. It is a two-year old vine and the leaves are getting "splotchy". Is this a virus or a pest problem?

Dianna,
Can you tell us some more about the
conditions for soil,

drainage, watering~you and the rain or run off area??

What's been done to the area?
Old dirt, or done any adding of fert's, etc.???

Dianna,

Are the berries affected? If so, do you see lesions that looks like bird's eyes?
