Hi to all,
I am new to the site. I came online to see if I could get help with trying to establish a lawn. This is my first summer and I was a bit late in preparing. I have a huge crop of ants. Their little homes look like mini volcanos all over lawn. I have put down (late spring) a turf builder and insect product. That didn't rid them for very long. And then opted for a spray product (attached to hose). And within a month they are back. Please help!

Hi, I know that the ants are a bothersome pest! But, they are a beneficial insect that help keep microbial & fungal attacks in your lawn down to a minimal. They also eat some of the other insects that are vectors for lawns and outdoor plants.

But this might help you
