Im recent years I have been learning to preserve tomatoes in various ways. I noticed white spots under the skin of some tomatoes. I was told that the white spots are blight and not to use those tomatoes. Now i have been told that blight is a fungus that only affects leaves and vines. Which is which? and waht are those little white spots?
