We had a hail storm and my newly transplanted zinnia are laying down. But the leaves are still trying to stand up. Is there any chance that any of them will make it? I'm having major problems with my zinnia this year. The first set I put out to early and now it looks like that freak storm took out my second bunch. Can anyone hold out hope for me?

Tammy, if they are trying to stand up, I would say they have a good chance yet. You could try setting some sturdy sticks next to them and tying them up temporarily to help them along.

thanks Terry. I wasn't sure what to do to help them. I have a bunch of popscicle sticks I can use. Might look a tad funny for awhile but I can do it.
