according to ksdk 's website we have a frost on the way. and ive already planted out a number of
tender bulbs like dahlias which are showing growth. should i and how should i cover em?

Fruit jars work really well. If your just covering for the evening you can use anything that will fit, just be sure that no part of the plant touches the side on the container as that will be as cold as the outside air.
They keep predicting that here but never seems to get there.
