8 Servings of about 2/3 cup each

1 Qrt Whole Milk
2/3 cup White rice, uncooked
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup Evaporated whole milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Flour
