Hello,

A few questions.

Are there different species of Boston ferns or just one kind???

Mine has "dark green" wide fronds and takes it's time growing, otherwise, very healthy.

A friend of mine has one that is similar, she is not sure what kind it is, but it's a "light green" and has long thin fronds that have outgrown mine in by two feet already! They were both the same length 2 summers ago! Hers gets more light than mine, maybe too much, but the leaves are not burnt. Why does her fern and mine look so different?

My friends Boston fern?
