My wife and I are budding gardeners and we currently live in the lower hudson area of New York. Found this forum on google when searching for information on a houseplant we have (didn't find the information yet, so will post a picture in the right forum section). Anyway, just wanted to say hello to everyone.

Hi vagabond - I also live in the lower hudson valley - Rockland County. Where about are you?
Pull up a chair and tell us a little more about yourselves? You have found the friendliest gardening forums on the web - so if you feel comfortable, come down to the banter hall and join in there too - it helps pass the time during these dreary winter days.

Hi there all! Well, I know this is about 4 months later than the original post. So to tell you more about me, I live in Westchester county (on the other side of the river, plants n pots ) ). Both my wife and I are professionals who live in a 2nd floor apartment, so our days are short and our apartment is a harsh for indoor plants, but we're going to try anyway. We have a total of two plants at the moment, (a Dracaena martinata, and another Dracaena which we're still identifying). Anyway, we've got a ways to go before we can call ourselves successful gardeners.
