HI, I live in south west Virginia on the edge of zone 6/7, just started last spring with a 105 acer farm, i have 4 horses and a lot of property to get looking good. This is going to be my first season getting to plant...needless to say there is nothing here growing except weeds..One thing i have learned is "your best information comes from other gardners". I love to learn and help other people... Happy Gardening:flw: David

Welcome David! I also live in southwest Virginia at the edge of zone 6/7. Actually in zone 6 by a half mile or so. I'm not quite so far west as you though. I live just south of Roanoke.
