Hello! I am new here but not to gardening. I am like most gardeners, totally and completely addicted!!
I live in zone 6 in a sub-climate of 6b. I live in the mountains with an elevation of around 3000 feet. I have a temporary, ultra small, green house that I over winter and start seeds in. I also winter garden. Sowing seeds, starting shrubs, experiment with cold tolerances, that sort of thing in bad weather. Mainly I just try to stay occupied with my passion in those long cold months. It makes me feel like Winter is a little shorter that way.
I have a degree in Environmental Science and used to do landscaping. Due to health issues now, I'm strictly a hobby gardener.
These are a few pics of some of my plants this past year. The photos may take a moment to load; sorry!
