Author Garden: Greetings from the Bluegrass..... Pepo Gardener Member # 10387 posted                    Thanks for having me here. My spectrum of interests is varied but gardening is one of them and at times I need some help. We do vegetable gardening, try to raise grapes, and battle with the roses. It really is a battle after we mulched them a few years ago with commercial mulch and promptly introduced black spot. This year we have much high humidity and so it is especially bad. We have been spraying with various anti-fungal products but have our fingers crossed that Captan is now doing the job. We just are a bit suspicious of its warnings on the container. Anyone have similar challenges? BTW I will drift in and out of here as I will tend to the other interests as well. Thanks again. * * * * Take care and have fun....
