Hello from the cold north. I'm new to gardening, so am looking forward to learning from all of you. I live in Michigan's upper peninsula in a very small town, really a ghost town now. I have 2 dogs a shep/husky/? Mix and a staffordshire terrier mix both great dogs!!!!! I enjoy birding, watching wildlife (moose,deer,bear.ect) and gardening. I almost forgot I have kitties also!!!

welcome to the forum that never ends,won t you come on in,there is a lot of good people over here.
if you enjoy bird watching,i really suggest to look for * thornius*,he s a really big * bird fan* and he s got a marvelous site about it also,i think you might get along great( don t i sound like a matchmaking hot line)
another hello from Canada (ontario) so i know what you mean by "cold weather".. cant wait until spring and get planting, i am trying so many new plants this year.... Happy Gardening
