Hello Everyone! I am new to this website. I live in rural Wisconsin...I am about 45 minutes North of La Crosse. My fiancee and I just moved to a new house that has some existing landscaping and I am new at gardening. Hopefully throughout my gardening adventures I can come here for frequent questions as I am sure I will have a lot! I found this wensite through a Google web search and I have already found it quite interesting. My favorite flower thus far in my life is the Geranium. I am not sure which type of geranium it is. I saw one flowering at a store once and was just taken by it. It has a deep fuschia coloered flower. I have had it for three years now and I love it. My favorite feature of it is how I can bring it indoors during winter and still have beautiful blooms on it. Last summer I grew two more geraniums from seeds. They are doing well! I also kept them indoors during the winter. I have a few other indoor plants as well that I nurture, but they are non-flowering. Hopefully I can expand my favorite flower list beyond the geranium, but I know I will always have the geranium as my #1 favorite because it was my first! [Smile] Thanks!

Hi there and welcome to the Forum. Geraniums are beautiful and so easy to propagate. And there are so many colors to choose from. Hope we see you more around the Forum as it is a great place to learn!
