So now I strive to eat healthier, I am having trouble with low blood sugar but I had a nasty virus for two weeks and the doctor thinks that might of been the culprit. I get a full physical in the middle of March. I definately stay away from anything with artificial sweetners.

Oh, by the way I hate Pepsi with a passion but can I still be your friend.

Glad to have you jump in any time but I don't think we can be friends. [Big Grin]

My sister went vegetarian years ago and her stomach bothered her so much that she finally gave it up and went back to regular eating.

You story is very interesting.
I actually started all this because I was sick for several weeks and couldn't seem to get better. I've also given up cheese and dairy (for the most part). I'm trying to make sure I'm eating healthy which is something I've never done. I've got to start taking a vitamin (other than B12) though. I've tried all kinds over the years and they've always made my stomach hurt. Do you eat peanut butter? Might help your blood sugar.

Hope your physical goes well.

P.S. A little Pepsi now and then is good for you. (if I say this often enough I'll eventually believe it.)
