So Jiffy is coming to PA in December and when she is up, we always go out for dinner. This year we are going to Shady Maple Smorgasbord for dinner....it is in Blue Ball, PA......in Lancaster County. We haven't nailed down an exact date yet, but we know it'll be sometime between Dec. 11-18th. Come and have dinner with us....won't you?? Families are definately invited! .....and there's a gift shop downstairs for after dinner too!!

I hope people want to join us.....that smorgasbord is ENORMOUS! ....we PA Dutch LOVE food! I forget how many people that place can sit...something like 3000. There are usually tour busses there from all over the place. I guess people go to Lancaster to shop at the outlets.

well, the date is narrowed down to that wednesday or thursday, i think... scott and the kids are soooooooooo looking forward to it, and if anyone wants to see what diane was talking about with matthew the huggy bear, he will be with us

i'd love to meet up with everyone...and shady maple has some GOOD food...
a week night is almost definitely out for me. it's over an hour's drive from my house and i work another 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic problems) in the opposite direction...so that's 2 hours. i'd be arriving just as everyone is finishing dinner!

Oh This is great... another meeting!! I sure wish I'd hit that Big Lottery # so I could afford to fly in to meet with all these plans for members interactions!!! Hey Jiffy And Matthew Give Jenn {{{ big Hugs}}} from me will Ya?? Joclyn, I don't know if I could pass up the opportunity to meet members I'd never met and probably wouldn't get a chance to again,, Especially with Jenn Moving,, The middle of the week is rough going tho back tracking and having to get up for work the next day,,, AND it is quite a drive after a longs days work and with traffic so it's very, VERY understandable..., But I know me... Stubborn and determined... I'd go,if they were that close and meet up for after dinner coffee or hot tea to caffine me up to get me home again

We're not going to be able to do our dinner. There is too much going on right now with Jiffy and family, so they aren't going to come up to PA. But, after Christmas, Joclyn, Barb H., and I are going to try to get together for dinner.
