My name is Bob Dailey and I just moved to The Woodlands, Texas (just north of Houston) from Santa Fe, NM. I am originally from south Louisiana, but have lived in various places all over the U.S. and in Europe. I am a Master Gardener and a garden writer. I am also the Desert Gardening editor for Suite101.com. (http://desertgardens.suite101.com) I love to garden and am very interested in xeric gardening. I also like to fish (the Gulf of Mexico is only 90 miles from here). I learned to flyfish in the mountain streams and rivers of New Mexico, but I do prefer the ocean. My wife and I have five daughters and one son. The two youngest, (teenaged daughters) are still living with us (plus the occasional older child...they do come back).
