Hi there. I've been gardening for as long as I can remember. (that's pretty long) I work in the steel industry but my spare time is spent cooking, gardening and taking care of my home. I try to get a little golf in when I have a chance. (that's not too often)lol

I have several rock gardens and have started an oriental garden of sorts around my home. I tend to become compulsive when the new plants are delivered to my local garden center. I just want to buy, buy, buy!!!!! I'm not very good at starting plants from seed. In the winter, I have about 20 large house plants that keep me busy.

my husband has been a steelers fan FOREVER and EVER!!
so, naturally, I have to root for my man's favorite team too...even through the not so good years=)

Welcome from a neighbor. I also live in the Burg. I do not see many gardeners on the forums from Steeler Country.
