Hello to all the plant lovers here. My name is Damia and i live in Portland Oregon. Am a new mom and find myself with time to play again. I have browsed around a bit since finding this site a few hours ago and this seems like such a friendly place. hopefully i can get my feet back into the plant world.
I love plants. Before my last move i had over 130 house plants. 97 of them were african violets. they were my pride and joy for sure. But sadly they did not like the move and the place i had to live in for about a year. so i lost over 100 of them. Broke my heart. luckily i have a few of the really important ones left... i know that sounds bad when you can say a few of the important ones.. when they all seem important when they are here. ahh but i ramble..... i want to increase my plant collection again since im back in a house that can do plants.
So... it is so very neat to find a nice place to talk plants and ideas for them. i look forward to learning much here.....
