It started off kinda rough. I was sick this morning.
Nothin' like being sick at your stomach when you have had major breast surgery. The surgeon had to cut deep into my chest muscles, and into my rib cage...well, you don't want the gorey details on that. Let's just say it was not a good day to be sick...and leave it at that.
Then, to make matters worse, Lola pooped on my head. I'm sitting in the floor, Lola is on my shoulder, I'm thinking I might need to get back into the bathroom... "Gotta poop!" she says. I say..."Hold on". She says, "YOU hold on! Gotta POOP!" She jumps on my head and says, "I'm comin' right back!" ...then poops on my head! ...and comes back to my shoulder!
Oh, well.......
So, after I get up and get THAT taken care of, I sit down at the computer and open a PM from G-Mom. There is a knock at the door...the mail-lady. I get up and have her bring this huge box into the house because there's no way I can lift it...postage was, like, 16 bucks! Heavy box!
It's from VANESSA! I get a razor blade and start slicing it open... The first thing I pull out is...WILLY!
Second thing was.....
...CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!!
It was one awesome treat right after the other...
I did fine until I got to this... .....then I started crying.
A big bowl of soup to make me better!

Awww Cindy, That's great! I'm sorry you cried though. I don't want you to think Im not sending you your package I promised its just that I haven't had the chance to get to the P.O. so far. It's about 15 miles from where I live so it takes a little driving. I'm sending it though. Anything special you'd like added to it??? Desserts are my specialty...

O.K. Cindy, I'll hold up. Maybe in a couple more weeks you'll feel like having a feast and then I'll send it to you. In the meantime it gives me a chance to come up with some more ideas. I've got a baking day coming up again soon. And besides, that's what you get for being so loved!!!

I hope you didn't already have that one! I was trying really hard to remember what the one you put Brennon's candy bar in looked like! I just felt really helpless being so far away and not being able to help you my friend! OMG...I didn't EVEN think about how heavy it was (and it was REAL heavy)and you not being able to lift...DUH....that's about as smart as hubby's brother coming up and patting him on the back...then sayiong "OH...I guess I shouldn't have done that with you just having back surgery...DUH...hubby was pretty green! I just want you to get better and hopefully have a smile in between the OOWWIIEESS!!!!

If you ALL will remember...last summer I BEGGED everyone to PM me their home addresses so I could put them in my Garden Helper address book ...I love to send cards, boxes, surprises etc.....but guess what....only 3 people responded. SO...if you all want to be on my goodie list PM your address to me. I hate not having addresses especially around holidays. Don't you just love to get MAIL (not junk mail)there is something about going to the mailbox and having a surprise in there...makes the day special. Afgrey...that garden angel will watch over your garden goodies while you can't.

Well...let me take this opportunity to thank everyone for the VERY sweet compliments! I didn't feel like I did "enough" for my Cindy friend...we all agree she is VERY special! But, let me tell you...what goes around...comes around! I have had a pretty good bought with my fibro this week. Today I am sitting here looking out the window at my son (he's pretty cute!)that came in from Little Rock to catch my outside projects up that I started and could not get out to finish. He is working his rear off!!!! And his wife has taken over the birthday party (yep, we are having another one for the Peanut)preperations for this evening. I'm piddeling! (with a tear in my eye) I am VERY BLESSED!!!

Oh, I am really okay...this is pretty normal fibro stuff! Just get real irritating when you can't "do" what you want to! I would MUCH rather be out in the yard sweatin than having to stay in here! It's just something I have to deal with everyday...same days are just better than others! But...it doesn't matter how I feel...when I have these kids & babies here it is ALWAYS a good day. It just scares Darin when he sees me loose weight ar swell up like a balloon and he comes runnin! That's pretty sweet...couldn't ask for more!

I'm feeling better today...really. (See...I lie so much I feel like I have to say "Really" even after I tell the truth!)
Shamrock came over and vacuumed for me today. (I kinda get freaked when my floor gets dirty!) Lola is a constant source of debris on the carpet, and last night the He!! Hound got in and rolled all over the floor before I could get him out.
So, I can relax now with a clean floor!
