I see that a few have weight loss ticker guides. I was just wondering how everyone is doing? I myself have fought the battle of the buldge last year and have decided to fight a little more of the smaller buldge again. [Big Grin]

Anyone care to share some ideas or tips. Maybe we could start a little support thread.I'm gonna try figure out how to put that little ticker guide on my posts also.

Tamara,
If you click on any of those Tickers that the girls have, it'll take you right to the site
and let you sign up on your own....

Hi Tamara
I am from England. I have lost half a stone in 5 weeks. Over in England we have what we call weightwatchers they have readymade meals and they have points on the back of the meal. Depending on what you weight eg 10-12 stone you are allowed 18points per day, you can use them all up or save them for the next day and have a special treat like CHOCOLATE and you still lose weight. [grin]

Hi Princessazea, Pardon my ignorance but what is the the lb weight for stone. I've never heard that term before. I lost 40 lbs in 4 months last year. Over christmas I gained back 5 but have lost 4 again. I would like to lose another 10 (if I can sneak that in without hubby noticing).

Thanks Weezie, I'll check that out.

Hi guys!

I'm afraid I'm still hovering around the "lost-6 or 7 pounds" mark with another 50 or 60 to go. Mostly because I haven't really been trying too hard the last 3 weeks or so.

We have Weight Watchers here, too. They rock. That's how I lost almost 40 pounds before, before I gained it all back with my baby. I should go back, but right now can't afford it. But it's a great group, and I think really the best way to maintain, IMO.

I know how you feel. I had gained 70 lbs with my pregnancy [Frown] . Lost 60 lbs [Big Grin] , gained back 30lbs [Roll Eyes] when I had taken sick with my thyroid, lost 20 lbs [Wink] when they fixed that problem then gained back 40 [Razz] over the years. That was 126 to 196 then to 136 then 165 then 145 then 184. I had enough, I just started eating healthy and looking after myself. I am at 145 again but would like to lose another 10.

I think I've solved it now though I've kept the weight off for a year. I also quit smoking this year and haven't gained a pound back. I made a promise to myself that I deserve to be healthy and happy.

I gained 24 lbs. from medicine the doctor put me on for chest pains. The medicine made me tired all the time. I didn't get any exercise. I stopped taking the pill because of the side effects so the doctor reduced the dosage. So far, I have not gained all my strength back, but I am no longer gaining.

I have lost from 148.5 to 143.5 just this week. Not a miracle, though. I have caught the flu. I feel miserable and don't feel like eating. I am so sick I don't even feel like driving to the doctor's office. I am calling them today.

I am hoping to lose to 135 lbs. by the wedding. I have to fit in the wedding dress my aunt ordered yesterday! [Wink] Guess that will give me added incentive.

Tamara, the weight loss ticker was very simple to get. I just got mine today. Just make sure you copy the correct code to your signature line. [grin] I just wish they had a little musical note to add to my staff.

Dianna
