Hi there Ben! [wayey] Really glad that you decided to join us and start posting!!! [thumb]

What kind of veggies do you grow???? We did a few last year for the first time--just some tomatoes and peppers. Usually I just have flowers, but it was nice to eat veggies that we grew ourselves.....

Jump right in and start posting--there are all kinds of different sections to talk in.

Welcome! [grin]

Hi Laura,

Thanks! [Smile]

I'm sure i'll have some more Q's to ask

Last year i decided to make raised beds and now have three beds for my vege's aswell as an herb garden.

I'm growing a bit of everything this year to see what i can grow and what doesn't.

so i've got..
lots of potatoes, celery, cucumbers, beans, lettuce, tomatoes & carrots.
with a few corn, chilli, capsicums and watermelon.

My herb garden has parsley, coriander, basil, chives and 2 quite large sunflowers.

Speaking of which..

The sunflowers are totally different! [thinker]
one is taller with a flower on top like a normal
sunflower but the other has about 30 little buds all over it aswell as a big one on top.
Is that a male one?
or is it a different version altogether?

Anyways..

Hope to catch up again sometime.

Ben
