Cindy, I'm so proud of you.... [kissies] I knew you could do it! [thumb]

I don't remember...those things have weird names.
I do remember they were $39.88 each!
That is outrageous!

I've paid 50 before....one good hint for the future...buy them used...I'm a member of Gamefly.com and you can buy them used on there with a 100 percent guarantee. It's cool though, for $15 a month a get one game, yep just one--but the cool part is I can keep it as long as I want....Months if I want too...so I may never have to buy a game again.

Lynne--I promise with this new year to have that mole removed....That's my resolution this year. I'm just nervous that it will be cancerous, dumb right? You'd think I'd want it off now if I were worried, I just sort of tend to bury my head in th sand. Plus dad has had a lot of cancerous growths/moles removed from his legs and back and they basically gouged them out making it look really nasty. But I will do it this year is the year.

Man, I love that deal or no deal game show....but I hate waiting for tomorrow for the rest of the game. [Razz]

So glad to see that Triss can finally breathe now!!!! [Big Grin]

Loz, the longer you wait the deeper it can grow thus making the scar bigger. It's best to get it removed as soon as possible. I had the thing on my face for about 2 years before I thought it might be something I should have checked out......I won't wait next time.

loz- my cousin is a renowned dermatoligical surgeon - she does great work and I wish you were closer to her... BUT... she will send patients to a plastic surgeon to remove things if they are very concerned about the outcome of the removal. Might that be something to look into?

speaking of cold... where is that Sheri already?

She was talking about her high oil bill???

Well... we got our gas and electric bill yesterday - it went from $345 last month to $621 this month!!! Outrageous!!! And, it's all due to gas for the heat and hot water heater. I refused to put up the heat today while I was home alone! I even forced a cup of tea down - I just really don't like the stuff!!!

In the day I keep my gas heat at 56, I'm serious I do....I'll freeze before I pay a big bill....We just run a few electric heaters and we have a kerosene heater....Heating prices are ridiculous....Last year I kept my heat at 62 everyday which I thought was freezing and we paid about $250 a month easily...so for the cold months that would equal out to what? 900-1250 just for heat....3 levels of heat though....upstairs, downstairs and basement.

Lynne, my general practicioner would like to do it himself, but that makes me nervous because he's not the best of doctors.....However my fantastic Gyno who is in very high demand offered to do it the last time I was in there....Is that weird? Do you think that would go okay or what? He's a very skilled surgeon and I suppose cutting a mole off a back isn't too hard......The dermatologist that my dad went to in this area is the gouger, and that's where my gyno said that he could refer me to. So do I go with the dermo gouger, the general practicioner who makes me nervous, or the skilled gynocologist that doesn't specialize in mole removal????? [perplexed]

The skilled gyno. If he has surgical skills, then he could do it. After all it is not him doing the testing, just the removal. Can you get a new GP that you are not nervous about. Maybe then going to see the Dr won't be nearly so bad. I don't like going to docs that make me the slightest bit nervous and would rather end up in the ER than that.

Triss, I was thinking the same thing...my gyno is so nice and he did my precervical cancer surgery so I know him well....or he knows me well....since he's seen me totally naked and all.... [Big Grin]

The GP list is so stupid....Most of them are listed, but aren't accepting new patients...so why are they in there then???? There is a doctor downtown who is on our list but my best friend threatened to beat me up if I went there because her grandfather died from not treating him correctly......My GP has about 3,500 patients....so just getting an appointment is a major pain in the rear....ugh, I hate going there!!!!!
