My niece is buying a 1925 brick house, bungalow, cottage style. It has all the original stained woodwork and crystal door knobs.

Right now we are going through the stages of getting a variance on the zoning. It is zoned business but not retail.

The shop will be called Cottage Treasures. We will have antique, art, garden and vintage treasures for sale.

Our neighbohood is filled with artist. Weird how there are always attracted to this area. There is actually a whole art movement named after Irvington.

FINALLY I may be getting paid for trashpicking!!

Someday, when I'm not pulled in a few extra

of some sorts! Gardening of course!
