Hi everyone,

I finally had a moment to stop in and read a bit. Thank you all so much for all of the congratulations on Charlies arrival. He was indeed a surprise but a good one. [Big Grin]

We had a c-sect and as I was listening to them talk me through it they told me that "her" head was out. I asked if she had any hair cuz Lys was bald for a couple of years and they said yes she has a lot of dark hair. Then the next thing I heard was AND A PENIS...

I am pretty sure my next words were, well then I guess he is a Charlie...

I was very worried about Lys and how she would react but she adores her brother and there hasnt been any talk of regret from anyone in the family about not getting a girl. Everyone is happy and adjusting to the fact that we simply have a new baby at home. A big adjustment considering the fact that he thinks nighttime is daytime and has been up all night long since we came home.

I am feeling great and in fact came home on Saturday. I rest much better at home and have been doing plenty of resting.

I hope to have the website updated soon with lots more pictures.

Thanks again for your warm welcome of our little Charlie into the world!

Triss

OMG! [Big Grin] If that would have been ME, I would have freaked .....because I would have been thinking " She has a penis! [shocked] My daughter has a penis!!!" It would have taken a minute or two...or three for me to figure it out!

I'm happy to hear that Lys is taking the "surprise" well [thumb] They will probably end up being closer than the others.

Congrats!
