I am new to the board. I guess you could say I am new to gardening. I used to help my grandmother when I was a child and now that I have purchased my own home I am hoping to really "dig" in!!!
If anyone can help me my first question I guess is to find a ground cover for a shady to partial shady spot in my yard, there is a tree in the middle of the patch so there are a lot of roots... I am hoping for something in a red or burgandy. I don't know if it exists. I am in Zone 6.
Thanks! Can't wait to meet everyone! Plants: 2 | From: New Jersey | Registered: Aug 2004

Welcome to the site! I'm new myself & don't have much knowledge but Bill has lots! Stick around & you'll "dig" into everything you can get your hands on, before you know it!

Thanks Bill. I had already looked at that, but they do not tell me what color they are or where to get them, I am really kind of hoping to get a little assistance with that as well. Plants: 2 | From: New Jersey | Registered: Aug 2004
