looks like some type of lilly by looking at the leaves. is it a bulb plant? if not dasiy is my guess.but do not know what varity. its very pretty though.if it seeds save em will make 4 good tradeing.

I didn't know I had any Asters at all. Normally they souldn't be something I would plant. I must have it called some sort of Daisy (Michaelmas Daisy perhaps??) but it DOES look like the pictures in the first link. They are new so I have not seen them looking as bad as the ones in the second link look--or as tall. They ARE pretty though--I will leave them there!! I have a friend in Maryland who LOVES purple flowers so I will have to save seeds or share any new plants that come from this with him!!
