Hey Im curious to know if anyone's pitcher plant has ever caught a rodent or lizard or something bigger than a bug or if you feed it rodents?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO [shocked] [Eek!] My pitchers are not that big #1---- #2 I wouldn't feed it something like that as they would have too much bacteria or a parisite,, I wouldn't even trust to buy something like that from a pet store Let alone handle a rodent [Eek!] [shocked] [shocked] [scaredy] [Frown]

Yeah thats what I figured. I guess you could douse the rat in rubbing alcohol to disinfect it and kill anything living on it but that would be cruel. But then again letting a rat slowly digest in a plant is also cruel. I wouldnt try it I was just curious.
