a woman i work with gave me this:
 -

she had no details other than it was a euphorb.
here is a view from the top:
 -

she's a botanist by degree, but works in accounting [nutz] but is always willing to share plants with me [clappy] i have some really neat things from her!

so, if you can help me figure this one out, and what to do with it, i'd love it!

Now that's weird. The pics were dashes: - , I sent my previous post, and when the site returned me to your posting, the pics were there. Huh. No input on the plant, yet.

pot it up in well draining soil try about a half full pot of cactus mix with the stalk standing in perlite or washed grit...and carefully water to get roots.... they root well in humid environments... but not wet ones... once you get roots pot up the stalk like normal... i have a crested "ghost" euphorb, grafted on some Synadenium stalk... mine flower in the spring they are yellow, if it is a lactea... have fun with it [Smile]

it already has roots. that is a piece that fell off the mother (which according to beth is nearly 3 ft tall) and rooted in the sand right by her house. so... now i know to treat it like the rest of my succulent friends. she didn't know what it was other than a euphorbia. thanks!
