I'm very suprised to see my marigated aloe blooming again. It just finished blooming a short time ago. I've been leaving a CFS bulb on at night in the room. Is that what is causing it? The sun has been way to dim this fall and winter it give off much light in that room.

Could be, but make sure it has times of darkness, too. Plants do different gas exchanges in day and at night, and they need both.
