Aloe DO NOT like cold.....I would suggest moving it to a pot and bring indoors. Give as much direct sunlight as possible and very litle water. I don't know how cold it has been there, but cold and wet equals disaster to an aloe...trust me- I found this out quite by accident as I almost killed mine last year! [Embarrassed]

Margaret e pell or Comfrey( I know there is someone else I am forgetting, but.....) know more than I do, but from my understanding:
Fast draining soil + lots of sun + small amounts of water = a happy aloe!

Best of luck to you!!!

Tonya's advice is excelent:
"cold and wet equals disaster to an aloe"
"Fast draining soil + lots of sun + small amounts of water = a happy aloe!"
Pot it up and bring it in!

If most of it is still green then it should make it if you bring it indoors. You may need to cut off all the black areas though.
