This started out looking like a Sunflower but now has turned into something else, with a strange seedpod. The Lower leaves are large about 8 inches wide like a Sunflower, the small yellow Flower is independent from the seed pod. The plant is now 7 foot high and still growing. any Idea what this is?

I looked futher and you are correct. It is Velvet Leaf, Butter Print or China Jute. Thank You Is this a bad plant to have ? it must have come with Birds droppings.

i don't know about the plant (never heard of it). sounds like an interesting plant!! would love to see a pic.

highlight the bottom line
click your right mouse and
click copy
now go to this box on gardenhelper and
click the right mouse button
click paste......
