What is the best way to get rid of this weed? I have just put down weed and feed on my lawn but it doesn't seem to affect the dollar demon.

It is also called penny wart up north.

Weed and Feed type herbicides don't work very well unless you apply them perfectly, in the perfect conditions. It should go down pretty easily with a spray application of any 2.4.D type of an herbicide. Ortho's Weed b Gone is about the most common. Just follow the directions on the label.
