Hi Carly, I think that your plant closely resembles "Yellow Archangel" (Lamiastrum galeobdolon variegatum).
What people call "Goutweed" around here is Aegopodium podograria, a plant with similar variegation, but differently shaped leaves, as you can see in this image.

Zuzu's Petals is correct. The common name is Michael Archangel because it booms yellow spikey flowers in the spring. I use this as a utility plant. It can be invasive so use it with care, but it will grow most anywhere. Tolerates shade, dry conditions, moist conditions, chokes out most weeds, can be ripped out of the ground and added to containers for the soft green leaves. It is very easy to transplant and spreads quickly.
