Lysol is not meant for plants and only kills certain bacterias. Try spraying with an insecticidal soap on a regular basis. You could also use Sevin dust, but it leaves a powdery white residue. There are also white fly traps, but they are only to help prevent an infestation...they won't help if you already have white flies.

A dust will not work because the whiteflies live on the bottom sides of the leaves. You need to use something like a horticultural oil or soap applied on the underside of the leaves. you may need to do a few sprays back to back.
Hibiscus are very picky and will often drop their leaves when stressed.
Also are you sure they are whiteflies? aphids often attack hibiscus too... and mealybugs.
