Does anyone know if lantana will come back if you cut it to the ground? Mine got some weird disease that looked like a hole with a wide white ring around it. So I cut it to ground level. I'd be thrilled if it comes back up from the woody stem.

Deborah, My mom used to chop the heck outta hers and it always grew back even prettier. That was when we were in CA, so I would venture to guess yes, yours will survive unless the disease got the entire plant.

I had some that I thought dead. pruned heavily & watered. They came back strong.
